The Creator

Artist

Rudy King is a multidisciplinary visual artist and international arts administrator. Throughout King’s visual art background, she ties a lot of her influences in her work from her childhood, mental health, and relationship with Christ. She is known for her conceptual paintings that once romanticized trauma but now tells a story about healing. King graduated from Savannah State University in 2015 with her bachelor’s in fine arts degree. Within Rudy King’s portfolio she has curated eighteen art shows and has been featured

in twelve.

International Arts Administrator

After receiving her degree in fine arts, she transitioned into the nonprofit field. King’s passion is serving multicultural communities through the arts and building healthy relationships through

programming. Gaining her master's in arts administration degree in 2022 helped encourage and motivate her to pursue careers that elevated minority spaces. The most current work she’s done

in 2023 was to help Rangi Gallery which is an art space in Tanzania as their Program Coordinator. This was a rewarding experience that gained her a lot of networking skills and education towards working with various cultures. For over nine years she’s had the honor to

work with eight nonprofits that focused on professional development, marketing, workshops, exhibitions, research, community outreach,

strategic planning, and more. As she continues to work in her passion her goal is to share with others how they can strive for greatness.

You see...DI.VINE 7 focuses on bringing positive spaces in art workshops, gallery shows, professional development and much more. I'm here to help artists find their true potential and it's been two years since this business has become an LLC but it's been 12 yrs since I've been building as an artist and program manager.

Mission Statement: As an art agency I will build more visibility for emerging artists of color and cultivate leaders that can create projects within the community they serve.  â€‹â€‹

Vision Statement: The Vine in DI.VINE 7 stands for the Vision Is Near Eden and expands on the purpose of artists and how we are connected to the true divine which is Christ through our gifts. The art agency is inclusive to all artists of color to bring more exposure to minorities in the US. However, if you are not an artist of color and believe you can bring some of your skills to this space you are welcome.
